Tom Dixon meets ToolDrives in Denmark

Machining technology and art were presented in a fascinating fusion at the art exhibition from June 8th to 9th, 2023 at the Bruun Rasmussen auction house in Nordhavn, Denmark. An outstanding example of this was the unique collaboration between the renowned artist Tom Dixon, Universal Robots and the powerful ToolDrives solution for milling solid wood. Tom Dixon, a British designer and founder of Tom Dixon specializing in lighting, furniture and interior design, brought his unique creative vision to this project. His works can be found in renowned museums such as the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Center Georges-Pompidou in Paris. Working with Universal Robots, a leader in collaborative robotics, and the ToolDrives solution, a powerful technology for milling solid wood, Dixon has been able to expand his artistic expression in new and innovative ways.
